Job Overview:

he Supply Chain Director oversees and manages the entire supply chain process, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This role focuses on strategy development, operational execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives while optimizing costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions

  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities

  • Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for quality, delivery, and cost

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and compliance issues

  • Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity

  • Establish KPIs and monitor the performance of supply chain processes

  • Use data analytics to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements

  • Manage supply chain budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through efficient sourcing and process optimization

  • Incorporate sustainable practices into supply chain operations

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ethical sourcing standards

  • Work closely with production, PPC R&D, NPI, and Sales & marketing teams to align supply chain operations with business needs

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering , Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, including leadership roles

  • Strong supply chain processes, procurement, logistics, and inventory management knowledge

  • Proficiency in ERP /supply chain software (e.g., Priority, Oracle, or similar tools)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skill

  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and driving performance improvements
